These terms apply to all packages and support provided by Obvious Brand Partners (OBVS) to GrabOne merchants. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated.
Quotes and scope
All quotes valid for 30 days, exclusive of GST.
Out-of-scope work quoted at $200/hr standard or $160/hr for active support clients.
OBVS reserves the right to decline work inconsistent with its values.
Payment
Monthly plans divide the total over 12 payments at the monthly rate shown.
Support packages invoiced monthly in advance.
Invoices payable within 20 days. Overdue invoices attract 2% monthly interest from day 21.
Client responsibilities
Feedback within agreed review windows (typically 5 business days).
Client responsible for content, images, and platform access.
Third-party costs (Canva subscription etc.) are client's responsibility unless stated.
Photography scope agreed in writing before booking.
Intellectual property
IP for all final delivered assets transfers to client on full payment.
OBVS retains working files and drafts not in final deliverables.
OBVS may display delivered work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
If cancelled, OBVS invoices for time spent to date. First payment non-refundable.
Support: cancel with 30 days' written notice. Final month payable in full.
Liability
OBVS's liability limited to fees paid. Indirect or consequential losses excluded.
Governed by the laws of New Zealand.
